《贵州省人民政府关于修改〈贵州省城市基础设施配套费征收使用管理办法〉部分条款的决定》已经2014年3月15日省人民政府第26次常务会议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。

The Decision of the People's Government of Guizhou Province on Amending Some Provisions of the Administrative Measures of Guizhou Province on the Collection and Use of Urban Infrastructure Support Fees, as adopted at the 26th Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Government on March 15, 2014, is hereby issued and shall take effect on the date of promulgation.

Decision of the People's Government of Guizhou Province on Amending Some Provisions of the Administrative Measures of Guizhou Province on the Collection and Use of Urban Infrastructure Support Fees

省人民政府决定对《贵州省城市基础设施配套费征收使用管理办法》第五条作出修改：

The People's Government of Guizhou Province decides to amend Article 5 of the Administrative Measures of Guizhou Province on the Collection and Use of Urban Infrastructure Support Fees:

第一款中增加一项作为第五项：“贵安新区直管区按照贵阳市南明区、云岩区城市规划区城市基础设施配套费征收标准征收，贵安新区非直管区按所属行政区划城市基础设施配套费征收标准征收。

One Item shall be added to Paragraph 1 as Item (5): "The urban infrastructure support fees of the Direct Administration District under Gui'an New District will be collected in accordance with the charging standard of urban infrastructure support fees for urban planning area in Nanming District and Yunyan District of Guiyang City, and the urban infrastructure support fees of the Non-Direct Administration District under Gui'an New District will be collected in accordance with the charging standard of urban infrastructure support fees for the administrative area where it belongs to."
