《北京市人民政府关于废止〈北京市实施中华人民共和国水土保持法办法〉罚款处罚规定等5项规章的决定》已经2016年5月10日市人民政府第116次常务会议审议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。

北京市人民政府关于废止《北京市实施＜中华人民共和国水土保持法＞办法》罚款处罚规定等5项规章的决定

市人民政府决定废止下列5项规章：

一、《北京市实施〈中华人民共和国水土保持法〉办法》罚款处罚规定（1992年9月24日北京市人民政府第14号令发布 根据1997年12月31日北京市人民政府第12号令修改）

二、北京市施行《中华人民共和国房产税暂行条例》的细则（1986年12月27日北京市人民政府京政发165号文件发布 根据1998年6月12日北京市人民政府令第6号修正）

三、北京市人民政府关于对使用煤炭质量的监督规定（1999年10月26日北京市人民政府第42号令发布 根据2014年7月9日北京市人民政府第259号令修改）

四、中关村科技园区接收非北京生源高校毕业生办法（2001年3月2日北京市人民政府第71号令发布）

五、北京市商品住宅销售价格构成管理办法（2001年4月11日北京市人民政府第73号令发布）。

本决定自公布之日起施行。

(Promulgated by Decree No. 269 of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality on May 15, 2016)The Municipal People’s Government decides to repeal the five regulations as follows:1. The Penalty and Punishment Provisions on Acts against the Measures of Beijing Municipality for Implementing the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Water and Soil Conservation (promulgated by Decree No. 14 of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on September 24, 1992, and amended by Decree No. 12 of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on December 31, 1997) 2. Detailed Rules of Beijing Municipality for Implementing the Interim Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Real Estate Tax (promulgated by Document J.Z.F. No. 165 of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on December 27, 1986, and amended by Decree No. 6 of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on June 12, 1998)3. The Provisions of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on Supervision over Coal Quality (promulgated by Decree No. 42 of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on October 26, 1999, and amended by Decree No. 259 of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on July 9, 2014)4. The Measures for the Acceptance by the Zhongguancun Science Park of Non-Beijing Resident Graduates from Colleges and Universities (promulgated by Decree No. 71 of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on March 2, 2001)5. The Measures of Beijing Municipality for Controlling Composition of Sale Prices of Commercial Housing (promulgated by Decree No. 73 of Beijing Municipal People’s Government on April 11, 2001)The Decision shall enter into force as of the date of promulgation.
